How do you book an Austin party band?
Fill out the form below with your date, venue and type of event, and we’ll get back to you quickly. We specialize in private parties, weddings and corporate events, and what we do best is keep a dance floor packed all night. Reach out early, because popular dates go fast. Before You Write
What goes in a booking request?
For an accurate quote with fewer follow-up questions, tell us three things: your date, where the event is, and how much of the night you want us to cover. Maybe you want dance sets only. Maybe you want the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, announcements and dance sets. Add any other details too. We’ll plan around a first dance, a must-hear song, a hard curfew or the stage space we have.
Where do you perform?
If the price works, we’ll play wherever you need us. We are based in Austin, so Round Rock, Georgetown, Dripping Springs, the rest of the Hill Country, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston are easy to reach. We can go farther too. Travel just goes into the quote.
How soon will you reply?
Fast. If you ain’t first, you’re last. If your date is coming up soon, say so in your message and ask anyway. If we’re free, we’ll make it work.
What does the venue need to provide?
Very little. We own and haul a full PA and stage lights, and we show up self-contained for any size room, from a backyard to a thousand-person ballroom. If the venue has its own sound and lights, we use those instead.
